Used to manually set the timebase fraction on the PPT.  Dynamically, updated the FTE and Standard Hours on the Job Info page.

Valid Value Rule(s):
  • Use if PPT cannot be generated due to a fraction larger than 2 Digits/2 Digits
  • Use the lowest numerator and denominator values.
  • Faculty Fraction overrides FTE but not vice versa, which may result in a discrepancy.

Impacted Fields:

Faculty Fraction overrides the Standard Hours and FTE fields.  Is used to calculate the Compensation Rate.

Impacted Processes:PPT – prints the timebase fraction based on Faculty Fraction, not on Standard Hours and FTE fields.
