This pay component display field is generated by the system based on the multiple components of pay.

The pay reflected is expressed in a monthly or hourly rate (Compensation Frequency)

If salaried:

Compensation rate = Comp Rate X FTE

If hourly and Comp Rate is paid on a monthly basis:

Compensation rate = Comp Rate ÷ 173.33

If hourly and Comp Rate is hour:

Compensation rate = Comp Rate

 If Immediate Pay and Comp Rate Code = Daily:

Compensation rate = $0
