- This is the same date that is reported as the Item 921 date to the PIMS system.
- A custom nightly process is scheduled that will set the BU Original Hire Date.
- These dates can be overridden by the central or campus administrator, as appropriate, with a required comment.
- If any of these dates are overridden, the process will not touch them and the dates will remain the same.
- It is expected that the CSU OHD is to match at least one of the Business Unit OHD for the same person.
