Overview
This job aid shows campuses how to run the CHRS Cross XRef Table Refresh process in CS to update the CHRS Crosswalk table.
Background
CHRS Cross XRef Table Refresh replaces the manual SQL update previously required after deleting duplicates.
In order to access the CHRS Cross XRef Table Refresh, campuses will need to set up their own security role on the CS side.
Refresh CHRS Cross XRef Table
Step 1: Open the Navbar button
Step 2: Navigate to Menu > CSU SA Baseline > CSU Campus Community > CHRS XRef Refresh > Process > CHRS Cross XRef Table Refresh
Step 3: Enter Run Control
Step 4: Page will appear.
Step 5: Click Run
Step 6: Click OK on the Process Scheduler Request.
Step 7: Open Process Monitor
Step 8: Wait for the Distribution Status to be Posted.
Step 9: Click Details
Step 10: Click View Log/Trace.
Step 11: Open the log files in the File List.
