Dynamic Groups automatically refresh nightly. If you must provide same-day access, use the following procedures to manually refresh the dynamic

Step 1:Navigate to Refresh Dynamic Group.

• Menu > Set Up HCM > Security > Time and Labor Security > Refresh Dynamic Group

Step 2: Enter a Run Control ID.

Step 3: Clear the Refresh All Dynamic Groups check box.

Step 4: Click the Search icon to open the Group ID Lookup.

Step 5: Search for and then select your group.

Step 6: Click Run.

Step 7: Select the active server.

Step 8: Click OK.

Step 9: Use the Process Monitor to check progress.
