This job aid is part of the Securing Data Workflow.
You create row-level permission lists to use in both core-row security and in Time and Labor.
Step 1: Navigate to Permission Lists.
- Menu > PeopleTools > Security > Permissions & Roles > Permission Lists

Step 2: Open the Add a New Value page.

Step 3: Enter a Permission List name.
- Your permission list name must start with your 2-letter campus abbreviation.
- Example: FLCPFG1000 belongs to Fullerton.
- Click Add.

- The Permission List General page opens.
Step 4: On the General page, enter a Description for your permission list.

Step 5: Click Save.
- You have created a blank row-level permission list. The permission list must still be configured.
