This job aid is part of the Securing Data Workflow.
Step 1: Navigate to User Profiles.
- Menu > PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles

Step 2: Search for and select the User ID to add the permission list to.

Step 3: Click the Search icon to open the Row Security Lookup.

Step 4: Search for and select the Permission List.

Step 5: Click Save.
The permission list is associated with the user. Changes are not effective until the Security Join Tables are refreshed.
