This job aid is part of the Securing Data Workflow.
Step 1: Navigate to Security by Dept Tree.
- Menu > Set Up HCM > Security > Core Row Level Security > Security by Dept Tree

Step 2: Click Add a New Value

Step 3: Search Row Security permission list
Step 4: Select Permission List

Step 5: Click on Add button

- The Security by Dept Tree page opens.
Step 6: Enter SETID and DEPT ID
- If you need to grant access to data for multiple departments, use Plus (+) button to add rows as needed.

Step 7: Click Save.
- You have associated department data security with your permission list.
