Security Join Tables automatically refresh nightly. If you must provide same-day access, use the following procedures to manually refresh the security join tables.
Step 1: Navigate to Refresh SJT_CLASS_ALL.
- Menu > Set Up HCM > Security > Core Row Level Security > Refresh SJT_CLASS_ALL

Step 2: Enter a Run Control ID

Step 3: Run the refresh process:
- Select Refresh all rows.
- Specify the current date.
- Click Run.

Step 4: Select the active server and select OK

Step 5: Use Process Monitor to check the progress.

Step 6: Navigate to Refresh SJT_OPR_CLS.
- Menu > Set Up HCM > Security > Core Row Level Security > Refresh SJT_OPR_CLS

Step 7: Click Run.
- Your prior run control ID is still in effect. If not, select a run control ID first.

Step 8: Select the active server.
Step 9: Click OK.

Step 10: Use the Process Monitor to check progress.

Step 11: Confirm that both processes ran successfully.
