This article shows managers how to:
Background
A manager can change the due dates for employee self-evaluations or participant evaluations.
The document must exist for you to edit its properties. The employee or participant must have at least saved the document before you can change the due date.
Change the due date for employee evaluations
Step 1: From the Manager Self Service Homepage, open the Team Performance tile.

Step 2: On the Current Documents tab, open the annual evaluation for the employee.
Step 3: Expand the Review Self Evaluation document.

Step 4: Click View.

Step 5: Click Change Due Date.

Step 6: Update the Due Date field.

Step 7: Click OK. The new due date is saved.

Change the due date for participant evaluations
Step 1: From the Manager Self Service Homepage, open the Team Performance tile.

Step 2: On the Current Documents tab, open the annual evaluation for the employee.
Step 3: Expand Review Participant Evaluations.

Step 4: Click View.

Step 5: Click the name of the participant.

Step 6: Click Change Due Date.

Step 7: Update the Due Date field.

Step 8: Click OK. The new due date is saved.
