Reopen Evaluation Documents

Updated on

Overview

This job aid shows campus administrators how to reopen an evaluation document.

Background

If a document was canceled because the employee was terminated, you can reopen the document if the employee returns.

You can reopen a document that is in the following states:

  • Share with employee
  • Request Acknowledgement
  • Acknowledged
  • Complete
  • Canceled

Managers can reopen an employee’s self-evaluation or participant evaluations (e.g., 360 or previous manager feedback) by clicking the Reopen link on the performance document.

ePerformance Administrators can also perform these actions, but it's discouraged due to the added workload and potential delays.

Only ePerformance Administrators can reopen the overall performance document status.
