Overview
This job aid shows campus administrators how to transfer evaluation documents from the current manager to another manager.
Transfer a document
Step 1: Open the Navbar button.

Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Transfer Document
Step 3: Search for the document. Enter any of the following information to search for documents:
- Employee's first and/or last name
- Current manager's first and/or last name
- Document Type = Performance Review
- Document Status
- Period Begin and end dates
Step 4: Click the check box to select the document to transfer.

Step 5: Click Continue.

Step 6: Click Select a Manager.

Step 7: Search for the manager that you want to transfer the document to.

Step 8: Click the check box for the manager to transfer the document to.

Step 9: Click OK.

Step 10: Click Save.

Step 11: Click OK on the confirmation.
