Overview
This job aid shows campus administrators how to cancel ePerformance Evaluation Documents.
Background
You cancel documents for terminated employees. If the employees come back in a reasonable time frame, you can reopen the document.
When you cancel an evaluation document, the following changes occur to the document:
- It is in the database, but Employee and Manager cannot work on the document.
- It moves to the historical folder, where it stays until it is reopened.
- It can be reopened (retrieved) by the ePerformance administrator. See Reopen Evaluation Documents.
Cancel an evaluation document
Step 1: Open the Navbar button.
Step 2: Navigate to Workforce development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Administrative Tasks > Cancel Document
Step 3: Search for the document using the available search fields:
- (Employee) First name
- Last Name
- Manager First Name
- (Manager) Last Name
- Document type
- Document Status
- Period beginning and End dates
Step 4: Check the box to select the document.
Step 5: Click Continue.
Step 6: Click Save.
Step 7: Click OK.
