This course shows new CHRS report authors how to use Amazon QuickSight to build custom, or ad hoc reports for your campus.

• Who should take this course?
  • This course is for CSU employees who have an Amazon QuickSight Author license. Exercises are completed on a live system, so you must have an Amazon QuickSight Author license to complete this course. What you will learn.

  • Work with existing reports
  • Create ad-hoc reports
  • Apply filters to focus your reports
  • Add prompts for your report readers to manipulate data
  • Work with different types of visualizations
