Overview
This job aid shows employees at full eBenefits campuses how to view their Benefits confirmation statements.
Before you start
- Your Benefits Confirmation Statement is ready after your benefits are finalized and enrolled by a nightly process if your Benefits department has generated the Benefits Confirmation Statement.
- Campus Benefits office generate benefits confirmation statements for Open Enrollment changes only: not Life Events.
- Use the CSU Benefits Summary page in eBenefits to see your confirmed benefit enrollments as of the applicable effective date.
Print your Benefits Confirmation Statement
Step 1: Click the Benefit Statements tile on your Employee Self Service Homepage.

Step 2: Select Confirmation Statement from the Statement Type menu.

Step 3: Click the statement row.

If you do not see a statement row, look on your Benefits Summary Tile. See View Benefits Summary .
If you still do not see a confirmation statement, your benefits have not been finalized yet or the benefits office has not yet generated your benefits confirmation statement.
Step 4: Click Expand All to see the statement details.

Step 5: Optional: click Print View to print a copy of the statement.

Step 6: Close the statement.
