Accessing QuickSight - Benefits Employee 360 View Dashboard

How to Sign In to QuickSight

Accessing the Benefits Employee 360 Folder

Upon successfully logging in:

  1. Click on “Shared Folders” in the left margin.

The Shared Folders may have multiple folders depending on your access.

  1. Click on the “Benefits Employee 360 View” folder.

The Benefits Employee 360 View Dashboard is comprised of 2 tabs:

To populate the dashboard with data, search for an employee using either the “CalPERS ID” or “Last Name, First Name, DOB” control filter.

Control Filters

To access control panel for filtering, click to expand the controls panel top right corner.

With the  icon pointing down, you have a larger view of the report in addition to viewing the panel for the control filters.

After you search for an employee using either the “CalPERS ID” or “Last Name, First Name DOB” control filter, the dashboard will populate.

Report Menu Options

Report Menu Options can be accessed by clicking the three dots icon.

Search Tips

  • Prior to each new search, including using a new search option for the same employee, click on the three dots directly above the right corner of each search option and click on the Refresh or Reset functions multiple times.

Control Rest and Refresh menus
  • Search by both CalPERS ID and also Last Name,First Name and DOB in case the CalPERS ID is missing in a HR90 or CHRS database.
  • Click on a report column header to sort data in that report by ascending or descending order by that column if desired.
