Conversion Scope

CHRS CONVERSION SCOPE

This document indicates the data that will convert from the 9.0 environment to the 9.2 CHRS environment. All data will convert based on the scope below, as long as the pre-conversion cleanup and checklist are completed prior to your campuses final go-live conversion.

Active Employees
• Balances only for most current complete Absence month for all Active employees.

Inactive employees
• Terminated less than one year, Balances for most current complete Absence month. Terminated greater than one year, no balance
conversion.

Work Schedules
• Work schedules will be converted only for active employees effective with Wave 4.
BenefitsFor Wave 1,2, and 3 - 2 years from Wave 1 go live rounded back to January 1 of that year. 1/1/2021

For Waves 4-6, current row only will be converted.
NOTE: Only Ben Record 0 will be converted as this will be the only Ben Record in 9.2.
Job

Active Jobs (includes everyone)

  • First/Converted row (hire)
  • Job history (6 years from wave 1 go live) – 11/8/2023
    -If rehire conversion row then also bring prior term row
    -If return from leave row then also bring prior leave row

Terminated Jobs

  • First/Converted row (hire)
  • Max effdt termination row
  • Current row (max effdt)
  • Job history – none (except TF, see below)

Student Jobs (inactive)

  • Do not convert if max effdt row > 2 years from wave 1 go live – 11/8/2023
  • E99 student jobs only
LCD2 years from wave 1 go live
Person

All People (Active/Inactive)
• First row and current row (max effdt)

E99 Students
• All active students will be converted
• Terminated students will be converted if the term date is after 11/1/2021

POI (Active/Inactive)
• Current row, no history - must include:

• SSN or ITIN (unique identifier)
• DOB
• Planned exit date
• Business Unit/Dept (Department must be in the DEPT_SECURITY_TREE)

Note: includes Active and Inactive POI

PositionAll positions - except if a campus excludes unused positions
Position Action Reasons converted as follows:

• First row = NEW
• All other rows = UPD
ProfileAll Person Profile History
Temporary FacultyJob Data (active and inactive)
• First row (hire)
• Job history (6 years from wave 1 go live) – 11/8/2017
Note: Nothing will be converted from legacy Temp Fac mod in 9.0.
Time & Labor2 years from wave 1 conversion run date – 1/1/2021 or greater

PIP History
• 2 years from Wave 1 conversion rounded back to January 1 of that year.

Work Schedules
• Work schedules will be converted only for active employees effective with Wave 4.
Exclusions
  • Performance Review Data
  • Outside Employment Disclosure
  • COVID History Data
