• The designated resource creates the Service Now (SN) ticket requesting activation of the CSUBAS processing schedule.
• When creating the ticket, the designated resource looks for and clicks on the three bars to the left of the word Incident.
• A Menu List appears (see example below).
• Select Toggle Template Bar from the Menu List.

• The template bar appears at bottom of screen.
• Click the 3 dots icon.
• Type CHRS Job Scheduling in search and select the CHRS Job Scheduling option appears.
• Select the option.
  • The template populates in the ticket.
  • The designated resource fills in the appropriate details onto the on the CHRS Job Scheduling Template in the SN ticket.
    • See the CSUBAS Scheduled Job Definition screen shot below for the information that will be needed.
    • Be sure to indicate the applicable database name (HACHRSIT or HACHRPRD).
• Submit the ticket.

  • Menu List appears.
• Select Toggle Template Bar from the Menu List. The template bar appears at bottom of screen.

• Type CHRS Job Schedulingin search and select the CHRS Job Scheduling option appears.
• Select the option.
• The template populates in the ticket.
• The designated resource fills in the appropriate details onto the on the CHRS Job Scheduling Template in the SN ticket.

  • Be sure to indicate the applicable database name (HACHRSIT or HACHRPRD)
