The Gap Resolution Process (GRP) are high level modification requests developed during the design phase of the CHRS project.  These modification requests help explain gaps in functionality between the Oracle delivered vs CSU policy and procedures. After the design phase, new change requests are now submitted via the CHRS Change Control process in ServiceNow.
