This course provides HR and payroll professionals with training on key reporting and data processing tasks in CHRS and PeopleSoft. Participants will learn how to generate and analyze Retention, Tenure, and Promotion (RTP) reports, prepare and submit the federally required IPEDS extract, and comply with VETS-4212 reporting under the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). The course also covers the end-to-end process for handling PIMS transactions, including salary increases and probation-to-permanent status changes, using centralized and campus-specific tools. Through step-by-step guidance, users will gain the knowledge to ensure data accuracy, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain compliance across all reporting and workforce data processes.
