1.0 Process Overview

Enrollment guide to create comp plan enrollment and/or update existing, process output, testing as well as the enrollment plan criteria.

2.0 Process Prerequisites

Inputs, dependencies, security roles, training requirements

  • Compensatory Time is entered on the timesheet using process 75. Balances are adjusted using the same business process, but with administrator role and appropriate TRCs.
  • Time can be viewed using the timesheet viewer
  • Balances are available through balance inquiry
  • In order to correct history, appropriate security must be granted

3.0 Comp Plan Enrollment

3.1 Create new Comp Plan Enrollment row

  1. Sign in as administrator
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Comp Plan Enrollment
  3. Enter search criteria
  4. Click Search
    1. Select appropriate entry from list
  5. OPTIONAL - Create new effective dated row if one is already present.
    1. If no row is present, update the effective date if needed.
  6. OPTIONAL – Update the existing CTO Plans. See appendix 6.1 for eligibility details
  7. OPTIONAL – Add a CTO Plans. See appendix 6.1 for eligibility details
  8. Click Save

3.2 Update existing Comp Plan Enrollment row

  1. Sign in as administrator
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Comp Plan Enrollment
  3. Enter search criteria
  4. Check the “Correct History” box.
  5. Click Search

a. Select appropriate entry from list

  1. OPTIONAL – Navigate to required row using arrow buttons
  2. OPTIONAL – Update the existing CTO Plans. See appendix 6.1 for eligibility details
  3. OPTIONAL – Add a CTO Plans. See appendix 6.1 for eligibility details
  4. Click Save

3.3 Delete an existing comp plan enrollment row

  1. Sign in as administrator
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Comp Plan Enrollment
  3. Enter search criteria
  4. Check the “Correct History” box.
  5. Click Search

a. Select appropriate entry from list

  1. OPTIONAL – Navigate to required row using arrow buttons
  2. Click the “-“ button to delete the row.
  3. Click Save
