3.0 Process Steps
3.1 Creating new enrollment on a new job data row
The process is performed by campus users only. CMS & HRM are not responsible for this process.
- Navigate to the Job Data page: Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
- Enter the search criteria and click search
- Select the employee from the returned search.
- Click on the “+” icon to create a new effective dated row
- Enter the appropriate effective date
- Select the appropriate action & reason (follow WFA Business process guide for job data updates)
- Click on the “Payroll” tab
- Select “Absence Management” from the Absence System dropdown
- Use the criteria in appendix 6.1 to determine the other configuration elements.
- Click “Save” to save the entry.
3.2 Updating enrollment on an existing job data row
The process is performed by campus users only. CMS & HRM are not responsible for this process.
- Navigate to the Job Data page: Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
- Check the “Correct History” box
- Enter the search criteria and click search 4. Select the employee from the returned search.
- Navigate to the correct effective dated row.
- Select the appropriate action & reason (follow WFA Business process guide for job data updates)
- Use the criteria in appendix 6.1 to determine the other configuration elements.
- Click “Save” to save the entry.
